HOW FAST WE DISPATCH<\/p>\n

Products in stock are dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment. If we do not have the product at that moment, we will contact you within 1 business day and tell you exactly when it will be available.<\/p>\n

Pre-order products are dispatched immediately after the official release day. The expected date is always shown on the product page.<\/p>\n

We ship throughout Lithuania. We do not ship to other countries yet.<\/p>\n

WHAT TO DO IF THE PACKAGING IS DAMAGED<\/p>\n

When accepting the parcel, inspect the packaging. If it is visibly damaged:<\/p>\n

1. Note this on the delivery document or draw up a report together with the courier; 2. Photograph the packaging and the contents; 3. Write to us at info@gamebound.lt the same day.<\/p>\n

If you do not note the damage when accepting the parcel, we will no longer be able to satisfy claims about mechanical damage later.<\/p>\n

RETURNS<\/h2>\n

14 DAYS WITHOUT A REASON<\/p>\n

If the product did not suit you, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and without explaining why.<\/p>\n

Conditions:<\/p>\n

  • the product is unused and undamaged;<\/li>\n
  • the original packaging is undamaged;<\/li>\n
  • all component parts and accessories are present;<\/li>\n
  • the appearance of the product is unchanged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer.<\/p>\n

    HOW TO RETURN - 3 STEPS<\/p>\n

    1. Write to us at info@gamebound.lt and give the order number and which product you wish to return. You may also fill in the withdrawal form - you will find it at the end of the Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

    2. You will receive a reply with the return address and instructions.<\/p>\n

    3. Send the product. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt.<\/p>\n

    REFUNDS<\/p>\n

    We will refund the money within 14 days from the moment we receive your notice of withdrawal from the contract. We have the right to withhold payment until we receive the product or proof that you have sent it.<\/p>\n

    We will refund the price of the product and the cost of the cheapest delivery method. If you had chosen a more expensive delivery, the difference is not refunded.<\/p>\n

    The money is refunded to the same account from which the payment was made.<\/p>\n

    WHEN A RETURN IS NOT POSSIBLE<\/p>\n

    • for sealed products which were unsealed and are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons;<\/li>\n
    • for audio or video recordings and software, if the packaging was damaged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      COLLECTIBLE CARD PACKS<\/p>\n

      We accept an opened card pack - the right to withdraw from the contract remains. However, the refunded amount may be reduced by as much as the value of the product has decreased: an opened pack is worth less than an unopened one. An unopened pack is refunded in full.<\/p>\n

      More in clause 7.2 of the Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

      FAULTY OR WRONG PRODUCT<\/h2>\n

      If the product is broken, has a manufacturing defect, or you received something other than what you ordered - in this case the return costs are ours.<\/p>\n

      1. Write to info@gamebound.lt, give the order number; 2. Attach photographs showing the problem; 3. We will reply within 14 days.<\/p>\n

      You may demand replacement of the product, its repair, a price reduction or a refund.<\/p>\n

      STATUTORY GUARANTEE Consumers have a statutory 2-year guarantee. It applies free of charge and does not depend on any additional commercial guarantee.<\/p>\n
